Brazilian Amazon

I found inspiration in the myth of the Icamiabas and their amulets called Muiraquitãs. From this legend, I was able to create a piece in which the Amazon of Brazilian myth lives today in a new context, although less folkloric, it continues to preserve in seeds, feathers, chains, wood and colors the independent and persevering woman who today fights armed with arguments, values and opinions. These are necklaces, bracelets and earrings full of feeling and affirmation, as every strong woman knows how to be.

At the invitation of the design duo behind the brand Os Dois, I was able to begin creating accessories for their new collection, which was not only a great honor but also an opportunity to design pieces that complement the feminine universe of unique and open-minded women who inspire us. From the initial contact with the collection and the designers, I was able to create the first sketches of these feminine, flexible, and vibrant worlds for which the collection is created.
The ideas included contrasts, textures, volumes, and expressive colors, forming new coherences and the basis for the formation of the identity, allowing the aesthetics and originality of each piece to evoke emotion so that each woman can be enchanted by her own mirrored and transparent universe.
The collection consists of 10 unique pieces, handmade by me and a specialist turner who cut shells and spoons in stainless steel like paper cutouts scratched with graphite. In this way, in addition to identifying with the idea generated by each piece, the sense of exclusivity will be stronger. Necklaces can be open and exposed universes or closed and translucent ones, but they communicate clearly with the world, just like an authentic woman.

Sala de música
Sala de Música
Whispers of strings and the warm hum of an old amplifier filled the Music Room — my creative shelter inside the house — where jam sessions with friends mixed with the quiet of open notebooks. That was the place where I slowly found my own voice, turning hours alone with instruments into a daily ritual of discovery. From childhood through my teenage years, every moment in that room shaped my hands on keys and frets and, more than that, shaped who I am. Today, my soul lives inside songs carved into wood, and that small corner was my very first audience —
and still feels like home.
