Mãos da Juventude is a technical training program in woodworking for adolescents aged 14 to 18 who attend public schools. The program aims to foster community-based socio-environmental development through professional training, with a focus on first-job opportunities, the formation of local knowledge multipliers in woodworking, and the promotion of civic actions that contribute to dignified housing and the structural transformation of community spaces.

At the opening of the program, a marquetry workshop was offered to two groups of young participants aged 11 to 17. In this workshop, they learned essential marquetry techniques to create decorative elements for an organizer box and a table that they will develop throughout the course.

Sessions take place twice a week at Oca Escola Cultural.
