I´m a multidisciplinary artist. My work moves between digital fabrication and ancestral techniques, shaping wood as a living material. I am drawn to the tension between weight and lightness, transforming the heavy nature of tools and machinery into delicate structures through marquetry. I twist, cut, glue, and mold sculptural forms that hold both fragility and endurance.
Through arts education, I create spaces where learning happens through making — where hands think and materials speak. I design experiences rooted in project-based learning and tactile knowledge, weaving together experimentation, intuition, and technique. I am also a game design educator, creating playful worlds where learning, doing, and imagination meet and overlap, expanding the spaces to play and knowledge.
I hold a degree in Product Design from PUC-GO and a postgraduate degree in Design Management from Belas Artes–SP. My path has crossed cultural institutions and schools where I taught such as AVENUES, St. Paul’s School, Colégio Rainha da Paz, and projects developed with Instituto Tomie Ohtake, MAM–SP, SESC, Instituto LeoSocial, Unibes Cultural, Instituto Tear, FAB LABs, OLABI, ArteLAB, CDEPH, Silo Arte, Latitude Rural and A Cidade Precisa de Você.
After 36 years in the city, including 13 in São Paulo, I now live in the pendulum motion between forest and concrete, silence and movement. I keep a base in São Paulo while my body and work slowly migrate toward the countryside. I´m available to travel — to fields, remote and distant landscapes — wherever work calls me. In my free time, I invent recipes, rehearse songs and dance in the kitchen.
